Convey Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Convey - Speak Better ("Convey"), a speech-practice application provided by Artiaid Software Inc. ("Artiaid," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Convey, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Convey.

Apple standard license

Convey is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA") applies to your license to use Convey and is incorporated into these Terms. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Apple Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA about your license to the app, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of the Apple account and device you use with Convey. Do not share access in a way that compromises your account or another person's privacy.

Speech practice and automated feedback

Convey provides automated transcription, analysis, scores, guided practice, and coaching feedback for personal speech practice and self-improvement. Automated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are informational only and are not professional, medical, therapeutic, legal, employment, or educational advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use them.

Your recordings and content

You retain ownership of content you record or submit. You give Artiaid a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve Convey as described in the Privacy Policy. This right ends when the content is deleted, except for limited retention required by law, security, fraud prevention, or backup processes.

You are responsible for your recordings and must have the rights and permissions needed to create and process them. Do not record another person without permission where permission is required. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

Convey Pro subscriptions

Access to Convey requires an active Convey Pro auto-renewable subscription after onboarding. Available plans, billing periods, localized prices, and the amount charged are displayed in the app using information supplied by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Convey does not currently offer a free trial.

Apple processes payment through your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the selected billing period unless you cancel it in your Apple subscription settings before the renewal date. Apple, not Artiaid, handles billing, cancellation, refund requests, and any applicable taxes under Apple's rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription at Apple Subscriptions.

Canceling stops future renewals but does not normally remove access before the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the Convey app or your Convey account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Prices may change only as permitted by Apple and applicable law, with any notice or consent Apple requires.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion inside Convey. Account deletion removes account-linked Convey data under our control as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Acceptable use

You may use Convey only lawfully and for its intended purpose. You must not misuse, disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Convey or its systems except where applicable law expressly permits. You must not upload malware, infringe another person's rights, harass others, impersonate anyone, or use Convey to create or distribute unlawful or harmful material.

Ownership

Convey, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and other content supplied by Artiaid, is owned by Artiaid or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party services

Convey relies on Apple and other service providers to operate authentication, subscriptions, speech processing, storage, hosting, analytics, and advertising measurement. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms. Artiaid is responsible for Convey, but is not responsible for a third-party service outside Artiaid's control.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Convey when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product operation. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users or our systems, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of a material adverse change.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convey is provided "as is" and "as available." Artiaid disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Convey will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that automated feedback will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artiaid and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of Convey. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any non-waivable consumer right.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Convey, our business, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms were most recently revised. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use Convey after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
